Hilary Davison, M.A., BCBA, has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2014 and earned her BCBA credential in 2019 after completing her master’s degree at National University in Costa Mesa, California. She completed her BCBA fieldwork experience within the Santa Ana School District.

Throughout her career, Hilary has gained experience across school, clinic, in-home, and telehealth settings, giving her a broad perspective on how ABA services look across different environments, clients, and teams. Her experience also includes owning and operating her own ABA business in Las Vegas, Nevada, which provided her with firsthand experience in clinical leadership, staff supervision and training, caregiver collaboration, and the day-to-day realities of delivering quality ABA services.

As a supervisor, Hilary is passionate about helping future BCBAs bridge the gap between what is learned in coursework and what it means to apply those skills in everyday clinical practice. Her supervision approach emphasizes clinical decision-making, ethical practice, caregiver collaboration, staff support, effective communication, and developing the confidence to navigate real-world situations.

Hilary believes strong supervision should go beyond simply meeting fieldwork requirements. Her goal is to create a supportive learning environment where supervisees feel comfortable asking questions, thinking critically, receiving feedback, and developing their own clinical judgment as future behavior analysts.
