What Creative Waves ABA Provides

Creative Waves ABA provides virtual, independent supervision for individuals working toward BCBA certification. Independent supervision offers supervisees the opportunity to receive guidance and mentorship outside of their workplace while developing the clinical skills needed to become confident and competent behavior analysts.

Supervision goes beyond simply accumulating fieldwork hours. Meetings focus on connecting coursework to real-world practice through case discussions, client observations, data analysis, assessments, behavior intervention plans, skill-acquisition programs, ethics, caregiver collaboration, staff training, and clinical decision-making.

Mentorship is designed to provide individualized support as you grow professionally and navigate real-world challenges in the field of ABA. Together, we can discuss clinical decision-making, challenging cases, caregiver and staff collaboration, professional boundaries, leadership, career development, and situations that may not always have a clear answer in a textbook.

My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can ask questions, gain another perspective, build confidence in your decisions, and continue developing your own professional identity as a BCBA.
